I just bought the Tungsten E about a week and a half ago and so far I am extremely happy with it. My deciding factor between the Zire 71 and the TE was camera vs Documents to Go. I chose the later and I have been impressed with how it works with Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I don't find the USB synch to be inconvenient at all. The cradle for my old palm was nice but not nessessary. The memory is also nice, I have loaded on a ton of software. My only suggestion if you buy either one is that it is running on OS 5 and you will need to make sure all of the additional programs you have are OS 5 compliant. I continued to have a fatal error apprear when using the find routine because of an old program not designed for OS 5. In any case, I am very pleased.
