I don't use Outlook, so I can't be of much help. I would suggest providing as much data as possible, as these are tough to diagnose over email or message boards:

- What model Palm, What Palm OS?
- What version Palm Desktop
- What version Outlook
- What version Windows?

- Why not use the conduit and sync directly to Outlook?
