HELP . Each time I try to sync I recv'd the following message: The connection between your handheld and he desktop could not be established please check your set up and try again.

I have gone through my manual and checked my set up. called Palmone tech support twice and have surfed all over Microsoft web site. Asa result I have

Upgraded palm desk top software to 4.1 from 4.0.1
Dowloaded xp service pack 1

I think its my Drivers that are not matching somehow and Im not sure how to fix. the service pack says I upgraded my driver to 5.1.2600.1101 but when I check my driver through the divicer manager it stil shows the old driver version 5.1.2600.0. Can any one help..
