I cannot get a response from the stylus on most of the screen. Buttons work OK. Bottom of screen appears active.
I've done a hard reset and cannot get the Palm to respond to the first of the target taps ("Use stylus to tap centre of target" - top right corner of screen) and so cannot proceed any further with the setup. The top of the screen appears inactive. Screen is not cracked or damaged. Any advice welcome. Thanks.
