I'm sorry you are having problems. An "occasional" hotsync problem is not really that unusual. While we can't promise anything, if you would like assistance in resolving the problems, please feel free to post details:
- Computer brand and model
- Windows OS
- Serial, USB or IR hotsync
- HotSync to Palm Desktop or Outlook
- Did the hotsync problems occur after you added new software to the device? If so, what software?
- Describe the hotsync problems in as much details as possible. Include any error message you see.
