I remember the belly dancing show. Was that local? I thought it was syndicated, though I don't know what gave me that idea. And you're absolutely right about Donna Rae. I remember when she was on KDKA's evening magazine, and her bit consisted of putting her in a tight leotard and coming up with new ways for her to demonstrate jumping up and down. She also did some live theater at places like the South Park Conservatory Theatre.
