Subject: Possible Great Skua reported

A bird that was described as a "possible Great Skua" was reported from the Huron, OH pier on November 16. The birding community just received word of it.

Apparently the birders felt like it probably was a skua, but did not see it in flight so felt they could not say for sure.

As far as I know, no one has looked for it since.

Sounds like something to do, for those without work obligations.
