Subject: Salisbury Quarry Question (Not a sighting)

I was wondering, where, legally, can the quarry be viewed from and where is the best legal parking spot. I've viewed from inside the housing development, off of an empty lot, but I figure being too close to houses isn't the best idea. I've also view from the road on the southern end of the quarry (I think Salisbury Road). It looked like there was a pulloff on one side, but it was snowcovered and I'm not sure. Where can I park and view the Quarry from?
