Subject: Summer tanager

I saw a male Summer Tanager on Sunday morning, 5/20, at Oak Openings. He was singing from the oak treetops in the trees bordering the sparrow field, 100 yards north of the Ostrich Lane deadend.
Also singing about 200 yards to the east of the tanager was a Mourning Warbler at the Wilkins Road deadend.
