Subject: Good Williams County birding

Williams County, less than an hour to the west of Toledo, continues to produce great birding.

On Friday, June 22, Andy and Annette Webb, Karl Overman and I birded Lake LaSuAnn Wildlife Area, and explored other areas of Williams County as well.

Highlights were the following:

Western meadowlark(s)
Summer tanager (Pioneer Boy Scout Reservation)
Brewsters warblers (2 at the Boy scout reservation)
Cliff swallow nest(s)
Sedge wren (several)
Prothonotary warbler
Cerulean warbler
Alder flycatcher
Dickcissels
Henslows sparrows

Check out the TNA field trip July 1st to Williams county--should prove interesting.
