Jim, Your message contains the critical field mark required to make a remote ID. You say you are "not sure" it's a Goshawk. This proves that it's a Cooper's hawk. (Actually, even if you were "sure" that it was a Goshawk, it would still be a Cooper's hawk.)

PS: For people without a sense of humor, please note that the above response is (supposed to be) funny!
PPS: It's also almost certainly correct.
