I'd certainly recommend the purchase of a field guide if you plan to start watching birds...but it's likely the birds at your feeders are among the following:
House Finch, Goldfinch, House Sparrow, Tufted Titmouse,
White-breasted Nuthatch, European Starling, Downy Woodpecker, Mourning Dove and Black-capped Chickadee.
These are certainly some of the common feeder species, and
this is not even a complete list.

A good website is enature.com...good pics as well as audio.
