Becky, didn't see you on the way out last night (in the dark!) - didn't get a chance to thank you - GREAT WOODCOCKS! I'd like to go back for further looks... does anybody know how much longer these guys might be expected to be doing these performances this season?

Brian, are you familiar with BG? The Park is in the western part of town, off Wintergarden Rd, S of Wooster Rd and N of Sand Ridge Rd - but actually, a car or two could probably pull off and park at a sort of maintenance entrance, evident off Sand Ridge near end of Gypsy Lane (I have occasionally parked there) at south end of the meadow - from there, the birds could be seen displaying almost from the car, or a short walk may be in order (possibly a bit muddy, though...) Don't know if they're thrilled with people parking there, but I suppose a guy on crutches would be given a favorable nod - Good Luck!
