They have set up the site so that only a few lines of the page display on the screen (at least on mine) at any one time - half the page is taken up with "overlays", that prevent you from even seeing the entire pictures they post and require sigificant scrolling to see what is on the page. To remove or block the "overlays", you apply a downloadable browser extension (mine is Chrome) that removes/hides the overlay. BTW this tool can be used on other websites that use such overlays that obscure the page.
While such an extension allows you to view more than a few lines at one time, it also hides the upper right menu (which, of course, has no label in the first place). That is what happened here.
Alternatively, you can zoom out on the screen to reduce the display, but this both makes it harder to read (small font) and also requires re-adjusting the zoom every time you visit the page.
If I were designing a site, I would make it easier to use, not harder, and I would test it with the desired audiences.
