Yale 14 Brown 13 this game went just the way I thought it would go. To good teams battling the whole 60 minutes.

Cornell 11, Harvard 9. Red gets home field.

Penn 13, Umass 11. Quakers are done for season.

Dartmouth at Princeton later.

ILT can literally go to anybody. Could have big effect on NCAA seedings, although all four teams could make it.

Princeton 17, Dartmouth 9. Tigers tie Cornell for the championship.

Tigers/Eli, Cornell/Crimson ILT semis next Friday in Ithaca. Should be three insane games.

Friday semis:

Princeton/ Penn 4 PM
Brown/Yale 7 PM

Yale likely in NCAAs regardless of outcome. Princeton probably needs one win, Brown or Penn needs to run the table.

Usually the #1 seed chooses to play the early game, in order to maximize rest before the championship contest and to scout the second semi.

I guess Yale chose the late game to allow local Bulldog fans to fight their way through rush hour traffic and support the home team. Either that or ESPN had a say. I would think that ESPN would prefer Princeton-Penn as the nightcap, because it will probably draw the best ratings.

I may watch, but I would not have guessed there is a noticeable ratings effect for womens lacrosse on a Friday evening, especially considering the limited audience for the sport and that ivy and ACC men also play that same evening.

Princeton 2
Cornell 4
Yale 9
Harvard 13
Penn 20

P & C seem to have NCAA slots clinched. Harvard needs a win over Cornell, Yale over Princeton. Tall order. If both H & Y win Friday, the ILT final would be an insane pressurefest.

You are probably right, and the Committee always seems to find a way to protect ACC teams (and Hopkins), but I will go out on a limb and say I don't think both Harvard and Yale are necessarily out if they lose on Friday. One of them, for sure.

When was the last time P Men played a complete game? This number 2 ranking seems too generous. Hoping to see them prove me wrong over the next month.
