You have finally said it the way I wish I could. If the yogurt-eating, "i'm the only one who ever had a baby", it's for the 'chilldren', or "i lost my 81 year old grandfather to cancer/emphasema" still want to continue that diatribe, I have a litany of souls in my family I could list who have met their final resolve without one sprig of tobacco being the cause.

Now then, if the tobacco-haters want to be honest and say our leisure product of choice stinks and they don't want it around them, I can understand that and not invade any space they personally own. Otherwise, get legislation out of it! Let restaurant/bar owners choose. Let employees chose where they will/will not work. Let customers choose who they will/will not patronize. Most of all, stop the tax extortion going on in this nation right now.

Oh! and also stop the unconstitutional lawsuits against manufacturers of a legal product while you are at it.
