I read the article- good article- 1 flaw. It does not imply thaqt the right of the people to keep and bear arms exists only when they are well-trained.

It is two seperate rights,,

1 THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS

AND

2 TO A WELL REGULATED MILITIA SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED

This is important as it includes both those members of a militia and those who are not< Both with the right to keep and bear arms.
