For the life of me,I can not understand why americans persist in saying/thinking that the president cannot do this or that. People "WAKE UP"!!!On March 9,1933 the "POWER OF THE PEOPLE" was SURRENDERED by a group/bunch of criminals called Congress.Don't believe me,then LOOK IT UP!Proclamations 2039 and 2040 for starters. On March 4,1933 FDR said in his Inaugural addess that he was going to ask Congress for that "ONE", not twenty,not two,"ONE", REMAINING POWER.Guess what that was?HUUUMMM??? Well,what was it? OK, I will tell you. Broad executive power. CONGRESS DECLARED WAR ON YOU AND ME,PEOPLE.It was the corporation really that was doing it.It was about MONEY! They were/are BANKRUPT!He/They did it under the WAR POWERS ACT.Go to http://www.atgpress.com Click on "The Informer".Now scroll down to "War Powers in America".
