Dear Patrick,

I have missed you a lot the past year. Your charm, your sense of humour, your gorgeous personality, but most of all the laughter you always caused in me. No other words can describe how much I miss you.

I hope heavenis treating you well, but knowing you, how could it not?

As you can see, I added a photo of Patrick to the top
of this page.

Patrick was not someone who liked his photo to be
shown online, but I felt that this site wasn't quite
enough without it, so I got permission from his friend
Josh who he lived with and Josh said it should be ok.

I hope you don't mind, Patrick, dear friend. We all
miss you a lot.

Hey, guy!

I sent the messages as you asked and I checked your e-mails and made sure people knew what happened. I tidied your room, too, you left that in a bit of state, guy. I made sure Andy had fresh water and I feed him regular, I think he misses you as he's stopped swimming in circles and is swimming up and down now.

Oh, I crashed the car, but it can be fixed, so that's cool No worries. I spoke to Kyle he said his birthday went okay and I since it's a nice day I may go out and soak up the sun, missed doing that yesterday, I spent most of it in bed sleeping. LOL!

Well, guy, I guess that's it for now. I may be going away myself for a while, too, but I guess you'll hear about that another time.

I gotta go now, guy, I'm supposed to be making coffee. I'll talk to you again, though soon. I just wanted to let you know that I think about you every day and wish you'd come home soon.

Every now and then God
calls his Angels Home to help
him with his special jobs .

Once again he needed someone
special to help him with a task .
Sometimes its hard to understand
why God does this but then he sends
us a sign and at that moment . We
understand why , the pain is still
there but we do understand and
we give a little smile and we go on .

A few days ago God called my friend
Patrick home . I know in my heart
that God has a special task in Heaven
for my friend , just like he had on earth .
Making Heaven a much happier place to
be for all of God's angels .

Patrick ... keep smiling my friend .
Thanks for my sign , I got it today .
Thanks for showing me that everything
will be alright .

My name is Kyle and Patrick was my brother. He was the kindest, sweetest brother I could wish to have. He was a lovely person and I am sad he has died. I thank everyone for the nice things they said about him. It makes me happy to know people liked him so much. I will always remember him and I hope that I can turn out like he did and make people happy, too.

Patrick, we all shared so much laughter in the two years the five of us spent together in a rented house close to campus. Uni won't be the same without you, nor will my life, or those of Gavin, Luke and most of all Simon. You were so full of life, so full of fun, nothing got you down for too long. Why did you leave things too late? Had any of us known sooner you would still be with us today. I was there when you died, holding your hand as you cried and screamed to be released from the pain you were so obviously in. I thank God he heard your calls and ended your suffering. Now it us those you leave behind who suffer the great void you have left in our lives. I will always hold you in great esteem, remember you with fondness and respect because, Patrick, you too were "a good bloke". When I think of you, which will be often, I will "keep smiling".

mary went to see ashley today to let him know hie friend patrick was no longer with us. he is of cource upset at losing patrick and was sadder that he never knew and could not be there to hold his hand, so to speak. i am posting these here to say what ashley is unable to say here himself. i never knew this young man either but another soul has passed across the divide and settled in it's new home. rest in peace patrick and may your family know peace and remember the son that brouht them pride and love.

They say it takes a minute to find a special person, An hour to appreciate them, A day to love them, But an entire life to forget them.

Patrick, I met you in seconds, appreciated you in a minute and loved you in an hour. What wont change from that saying is that it will take me a lifetime to forget you.

I wish I had known you. You are very important to your friends and I know you wish you could hug them right now as they grieve and miss you. Let them know you are at peace by easing their sorrow.
May the angels make you welcome Patrick, and may all your dear friends remember all the wonderful things about you. As long as they remember, you aren't gone.

well I am not sure what to write here ..
I find myself without words still , I just can't believe it .
We were just starting to become friends and now you are gone .
So much we could have learn for one another and told each other . I never knew my friend or I would have try harder to get on here to talk to you . But I know in my heart that you are in a better place now . Right there at God's side helping him do his work . Please take time to look down on your friends here and help to understand WHY ?

God please take care of our friend Simon in his time of sadness and watch over him .

We will all miss him and will always think of him.
