I just got gel nails but I wanted to know which kind were better for your natural nails: Gel or Silk wrap. I'm trying to let my natural nails grow. I know that once I take off the fake nails my nails will be weak but which kind of fake nails: gel or silk wrap don't damage your natural nails as much. I never heard of gel nails.
