Winter Snow
In the North East portion of the valley - near the Minskahi and Hovoire Territories - there is a place that stays covered in snow. It is a safe haven for all the wolves in Skoki Valey, and is very beautiful. No Shadow wolf can ever walk on it, if they do, they leave black paw prints in the snow and a mysterious white ghost wolf comes and takes them away somewhere to kill them. In the distance you can see the Mountain's Peak

The four spirit wolves move with a purpose, stepping cautiously, sniffing curiously, alert to every sight and sound. A full moon paints their faint shadows on the snow. If they listen attentively enough, they may hear the echoes of a distant howl, for up in the heavens Shadow and Malik open their jaws in haunting cries.

I wouldn't have brought him here but he was fighting for his daughter, Candlelights Fury. *He looks around shocked, to realise the wolf Tarjine welcomed into the pack was this wolfs father, it's a small world. He takes a step back, even more shocked to see that she is here, before his eyes. He shakes his head* Silent was fighting because Dark Danger was calling Fury a coward, for leaving the Shoreline and trying to turn Skoki, he thought she was worthless. Now SS is almost dead because he stood up for her, when she couldn't stand up for herself.
    *He bows deeply* I wish for you to heal him, he's in soild form now, he's not strong enough to turn spirt right now, I think he can change, for Candlelights Fury.

The one who killed Twlight. *She sighs* You told me to prove myself, but I feel worthless, frankly I don't see what I have to prove, all I know is I hate living at the Shoreline, I hate feeling guilty because of my family, they kidnap pups and are pretty horrible wolves sometimes. I still love them though and that's why I feel guilty, I grew up with those wolves and I can't shake that even though Silent Stalker is dead and now a spirt and that the motives I grew up on were evil that he was my dad and I loved him.

I'll adopt him but he is good and heart and the others kicked him out. He's a pup and can change like candlelgiths' fury and dancing devil. He has never hurt skokis or expressed dislike, it wasn't his decision to be born into evil parents.     Her misty blue eyes filled with tranlucent tears, her gastly white spirit of the black wolf shudders with emptiness. Thoughts echo through her mind. ~Mystic was my cousin and best friend, like my sister. I love her . . . I miss her so.~ She gulps, her throat burning with sadness. ~How come she had to go?~ She hates herself for her self-pity and thinks of how Jacona must feel; he was Mystic's mate. She gives in to both feelings of self-pity and sorrow, then opens her jaws to the moon, howling out her emptiness. She stays like that, perched with her head to the sky, a song of good to Mystic coming from her, for quite some time. When her head finally comes down, the tears come and roll down like pearls. She sobs, and the hollow feeling won't go away.

    *The three brothers, Chance, Jacona, and Nakai, stand on their bleak snow capped cliff and howl their mournful story. Like Thunder, who is chorusing with them at the hidden lake, their tails are dropped between their legs as their mournful howl pierces the snow-promising night. It tells of what they had, and what they lost. It tells of two magnificent female wolves, whom Chance and Jacona loved dearly. And it tells of how they gradually slipped away, and now would never be seen again. Only the moon watches, as the four dead wolves cry out into the wilderness, of their loss.

    *She pads in, almost hesitating at the border of WS but she walks in. SHe travels some distance, wincing at the black foot prints she leave behind her. She stands still, as far into the territory as she dares to get. SHe stands tall and speaks.*
    I am Candlelights Fury, I have lived in the days of K-2, ruled by her. I am born to an evil family, raised by one and I have killed a Skoki. Each time I come across one of you I think, about what I have done, about what I will do. The wolf I killed almost made me do what I come here to do today but not quiet, it was just a small push given by Tarjine. When she accepted the way I thought and felt and called truce.
    Now I'm here to surrender myself. I wish to turn Skoki. I shall never feel shameful of my past but I do wish to change the future.
    I'm here to accept my fate, may you kill me because of my past or accept me into Skoki I will stand her, straight and true. I will accept death if it must happen, for if I do I will die feeling I have chosen the right thing.
    *She winces and stands tall, her paws firmly planted on the ground.*

    *Kiyana pads in and thinks* so much has happened since i first got here, stupid shadows are making everone do the crazy. Everyone seems to be thinking now, that and fighting of course. I wonder if mystic and serena will be back in time... somehow i doubt it but if they are... for how long? I feel sorry for Thunder..... the only mortals apart from desert and cocoa that i know that genuinely seem to care about the spirits are Tarjine and Buffy. The only 2 that talk to them even if they don't need to... I haven't seen much of anyone lately. Shadow a couple of tiems and Chance once. Was Skoki better in K-2's reignor Anju, Louhi and Ahrihams? K-2's could roam round the whole of skoki wreaking havoc but the triad have so much power. *she thinks about which way it was the best*

  • A soggy, wet, sickly looking pup wanders into the Winter Snow. -- Dymi, 18:21:38 03/19/01 Mon
    She falls over into a drift and begins to shiver, the snow cold on her already cold and damp body. She coughs and wearily lifts her head... her bleary eyes trying to take in what she sees... she sees wolves... but they are not wolves... they are dead. She lets out a strained yipe and struggles to her feet, turns around and dashes a few feet, then falls over into the snow again. She fears death, it is obvious, and doesn't really want to be reminded of anything like it. She doesn't want to end up like Aunt Necrona! Aunt Tarjine's lifestyle is more desirable...

    The pup lifts her head once more and decides that perhaps the spirit-wolf things aren't so scary after all and might be able to give her directions home. She pushes herself up once more and heads over to the one named Chance. She taps him lightly on his tail with her paw, sniffles with a stuffy nose, and grins up at him after coughing a few times. "Could you give me directions back to Lake Moraine mister spirit wolf? I sorta fell in the water and got lost tryin to get out. Also I tink I dot the... the..." she sneezes loudly. "sniffles."

    She grins at him and wags her tail slightly, coughs again, and lets out a yip. "First though we aughta play! Goin home without playing would be bad!" She pounces on his tail this time and then dashes away, "Your it Mr. Spirit Wolf!" she runs in the other direction and then falls down, breathing heavily. She weakly turns her head back up at him, "This cold white stuff doesn't make me feel very good... What is it?"

    *Chance lays, pondering, on a smooth gray rock covered in snow. His thoughts so heavily thought upon that only close family could ever figure out what he's thinking. He has laid here for atleast a day, thinking, wondering, configuring, and realizing. Never once has his eyes closed, or has his chest come up in a breathe. But finally, he does pause, but only to move. He stnds up, stretches, and pads to the stormy lair of Mounatin's Peak.

    I got an e-mail saying that their shouldn't be any spirits floating around Skoki, or they'd be banished. I know that means aside from Chance and co., but what happens if a wolf dies? Don't they become a spirit? I thought they were supposed to, but now that that came up on my e-mail, I'm not sure . . . I'd appreciate it if someone explains this to me so I don't get in trouble here.
