Was it ever explained in the script what happened to Sudsy and why he never appeared again? Or did he just sort of fade away with no explanation? I don't know if his character was important enough to explain his departure, but after 36 or so episodes, and with the Douglasses still in Bryant Park for a few more years, I'm a little curious. Thanks.
