 For Stacy Lee! Congrats! You are a very beautiful person and so gracious. You were so nice to me at the pageant and your warmth is felt instantly. I cried when you won, and felt the joy with you. You will make a beautiful and wonderful rep for our state. You truly deserve this honor. I had a wonderful time at the pageant, met some wonderful girls and looking forward to it again. Stacy you and Elisa both are beautiful ladies. I am glad to be from Michigan proud that I took part and can't wait to support you at the 2004 Miss USA pageant. I think you will take everyone's breath away.
