Tiffany and Jill are my two favorite angels.
Along with introducing her slowly, in the fourth season,
they decided that the show should be "classier" which is
one of the main reasons that Shelley was chosen.
A lot of people try to blame Shelley and her acting ability
on the decline of Charlies Angels, but lets look at that...

1. Kate Jackson left after 3 seasons
2. Tiff wasnt "jiggly" like Kelly and Kris, but she wasnt a
tomboy like Sabrina. Plus, coming in as the new angel, she
couldnt exactly take the leadership role that Bri had.
3. They didnt include her enough with the other angels
quickly enough. Once they did, the chemistry was there, but
by then it was too late.
4. Charlies Angels wasnt exactly known for the talent of
its actors back then.
5. They basically tried to change the format of the show by
making it classier and more serious.
6. They didnt come up with undercover jobs that suited Tiff
like they did with the previous four angels, at least not
usually, and when they did, she was perfect.

Basically, there were a lot of reasons for the shows
decline, and very few, if any, was Shelley responsible for.
