Yeah I was thinking that - its near me in LA/Thousand Oaks

I emailed him when it first came up (at $30k) and he immediately offered it at $25, then he's dropped it 2k at a time to the current price...

I would love it, but it would take a fair amount of time and cash...and then there is finding somewhere to put it...
