I think it is an intriguing idea and holds a lot of merit. If you get it up and running I hope to sail by and lend a hand.

Pondered doing something similar with Brent Swains steel boats. Just because they go together so fast, and I live 2 miles from a huge scrap yard. Probably not a whole lot of scrap steel hanging out in Hawaii... but then again, who knows!
