It amazes me as I sit here with my million dollar sunset that only four lines (more with springs) hold me near shore. for all the niceties of the friends who own houses on the water, I doubt that I would trade. Not that there is anything wrong with their lives - not mine to judge. But as Jay pointed out, mobility makes a huge difference in a life.
