When Newt Ginrich - promised to fix the IRS mess the end result was that Arthur Anderson Consulting - Accenture now have the contract with the IRS to Perform IT services and collect taxes. What shame one of the biggest tax dogers collects taxes for the US. The cost went up from $5 Bil to a $12 Bil Fix.
