Subject: Casey Won't Run

I'm not worried about Casey beating Santorum because I know, in the end, the Dems won't back Casey because he is pro-life. Klink couldn't raise 2 cents because he was pro-life (and he still came within 5% of Rick).

Our party, the Republican Party, is the party of tolerence. We have moderate pro-choicers like Ridge and Specter in PA. We have Pataki, Giuliani, Schwarznegger and many others.

The Democrat Party, on the other hand, is a party of special interests and extreme groups. If you're pro-life, you're not welcome in the modern Democrat Party. Where we put our pro-choice minority in prime time, the Democrat Party doesn't even allow pro-life Dems to even speak at their convention.

The irony is that, except for abortion, Casey's politics are old-fashioned liberalism. But the Democrat Party doesn't care about that. They just care about "choice."

Casey doesn't run. Santorum wins. And the Democrat Party continues to be the minority party in the nation.
