Subject: Santorum's Political Career just died.

With Ed Rendell's enthusiastic endorsement, Bob Casey will now to kick Rick Santorum's ass. There is no good outcome now for Ricky. Either Casey beats him badly or Ricky possibly survives a very close race. Either way Rick's visions of being President became history the moment Rendell endorsed Casey.
There will be no contested Deomcratic primary now. The national money will pour into Pa. because the Dem's across the Nation want to lay a Daschle-job on Rick.
Furthermore, I think at least half of the born-again crowd will support Casey, because he clearly is no hypocrite and believes in all of Christ's teachings.....including humility.......a word that Santorum has never ever learned.
Look at the State and tell me where Rick beats Casey.
Not in the Southwest, Norhthwest, Northeast or southeast. Heck, I think Casey probably runs dead-even with Rick in the "T". So what will Rick do? Bring in Bush and make this a referendum on the President? Lots of luck.
Watch Rick look for a face-saving way out of this race. When he announces that he's not seeking re-election, remember where you heard it first. Maybe, he'll switch fields and run against Rendell for Governor. Stay tuned.
