Mark have you bumped your head or something? You know good and well both these guys have the best intentions. I don't care how hard you try, anyone can be let astray with out even know it. I only wished you were able to attend the quota meetings. It was similar to those questions. Do strongly feel, Do you somewhat feel, Do you not feel that the system has issues. One way or the other you were going to give an answer that was usable.

Fair is Fair...Greedy hunters running the show on who gets what permit gets it about as much as greedy politicians deciding who gets the bailout money.
