Depending on what it's going to cost you to rent the fair grounds and what your financial output is will make a big difference whether you end up making any money for the CFDHSA or you wind up losing money. Your vendors need to be lined up before you commit to a lease and you need to get their money up front or at least refundable deposits.
Right now in this economy it's pretty risky to make such a move unless you've got all your ducks lined up. How much was the lake being used?
