Alan, What is a Paper Wheel system... Is it a wheel you add to a bench grinder or something? I've used a Lansky for years...Comes with a small hand held vice and you can sharpen knives at 17degrees 20degrees 25degrees and 30 degrees (not sure on the last two since I never use anything but the 20)Doesn't scratch the blade like whet stones and gives you back the factory edge and makes the knife look like brand new for years.
