Mark, As far as WMAs go I don't think DMUs will have much affect. WMAs are kind of DMUs already. By that I mean the FWC can manages them individually/different than the general state hunting seasons. DMUs will hopefully give the FWC better management options in dealing with private land owners on a finer scale to better manage there properties. You have to remember more than half the hunters in Florida are private land hunters. The biggest thing that I see that might come out of the DMUs are more hunt zones to better coincide with the different ruts.

As far as spending money on more important things I guess we all have different views on whats more important.
