I recieved a phone call from Frank this afternoon concerning this issue. Passed on his number to Jim. We are looking for reading material on this right now. Hang in there Girl, you may get some help (not promising anything right now). Do you have a link to the Manual he was telling me to read. It's just real hard to attend all this meeting, we are working on the quota hunt and the deer management plan, with the FWC and other stakeholders right now. Please e-mail me all the information you have.
