Bummer on the powder restrictions. My Savage ML will use smokeless powder, which is great because it's non-corrosive and clean. I love it for that.

Muzzleloaders have had the potential to be accurate at long ranges for many years, way before other powder came along. The idea that older muzzleloaders can't be as accurate as newer ones is a fallacy. The gun makers want you to believe theirs is so much better, because they want to sell rifles.
