Ok, so I'm not alone on that thought, your right it has just started... but with 50 some pages already! I think this will be a hard nut to crack, just for the simple reason, anything they (FWC) does from here on out will more then likely cost them money to operate! One thing i read was the deal about them going on to this Electronic system a few years ago has helped some what, but it looks like the same people who found a way to cheat the system has done it with the Preference system too, nothing will be fool proof, I just hope the system can remain Transferable!
