since i hunt richloam and there is 900 permits my group and i usually get ours. but this year 2 guys didn't. i would like to see the quota system stay the same-i'm not a fan of the non-trasferable.i'd like the harvest regulations to stay the same too. i do not like them forcing the antler restrictions though, i could care less if it was a 5" spike or a nine point.
