The fem smiled and nodded, the bay mare was tied to the trailor. The young woman walked over and gently lead the mare over. SHe had a visible limp, but it seemed that the mare didnt notice, tugging a bit on the lead. Melody smiled and began. Well, we rescued her about 6 months ago, she had been kept in an over grown and unsuitable paddock with another horse which, unfortuently passed away. According to her previous owner, she's purebred NSH, he even said she was registered, but didnt have her papers and couldnt "remeber" her original show name. As for her leg we've tried everything, but it seems she will have a permently lame leg and visible limp. Though the limp might decrease as she gets more strength. SHes a rather sweet mare, though tends to be a bit hard headed. Though shes a great compainion animal, though not the best leader more of a follower. SHe'll probably make a good broodmare, seems she's fine with foals. She doesnt spook that often, unless something, like ground, gives a lot under her lame leg. She smiled, running her hand down the mares cheek, getting a nick in return.
