Please read the rules gackt.

"CM is meant to be a fun place to express one's CREATIVITY and to enjoy oneself. Stealing characters along with plots isn't creative and is looked down upon. If you like a character from a book/movie/anime, GREAT! But don't steal everything down to the very last detail. Use that charact to inspire a new character with a new plotline. It's not that difficult."

Plus, someone already uses Gackts picture for a different character. She's been playing for at least 3 years.
