If a snackstuff touches the ground it is already dirt/germ saturated *well* before 7 seconds. That means the only logical conclusion is to either eat the food or toss it. If this man ate it after 15sec, that is no different than eating it after 2sec in my book.

And I would have tossed it. Especially in a high traffic area where others are watching me.
