Good call Flexy..I didn't have to give this any thought at all..I knew what they were as soon as I read this.


1) Sriracha.

But not just any Sriracha..My favorite is from Huy Fong Foods. Thats the one with the rooster on the clear green topped squeeze bottle.

2) Tobasco.

Not the "green pepper" version or any of these new fancy high cuisine flavored tobascos..I like mine "old school". The classic stuff..The red stuff...The good stuff

3) Hot Chili Oil.

All the good Chinese and South East Asian resturants will have a jar of this stuff on the table right next to the soy sauce. I love it!

I guess you can buy it in the store..But mthe better places make their own..

When we go to "Hon's Wun-Tun House" (For the family get togethers Souphead and I always talk about) I always load up my rice with a mess of hot chili oil..It's just so good.. For those of you not in the know..Here is a recipe for the stuff..
