I'm going to go with souphead and say that Tiger Sauce is on my list of yummy hot sauces.

I'm likin' all the Tobasco flavors except the standard red. I love the garlic flavored, but the chipotle and green duke it out for my favorite spot. I highly recommend taking "the green" (as I like to call it) and dousing it on a frozen Mexican-style pizza. [Insert drool and slurping noises here.]

As for a third choice, I have to say Kryptonite Hot Sauce. I bought a couple of bottles while passing through Metropolis, IL. It's good stuff and very close to the kind of stuff you'd find on the table at an authentic Mexican restaurante.
