Thanks for all of the well wishes. I had a decent day (would have been better if I wasn't fighting a cold...)

I wanted to share (well, just tell about, not actually share, no offense) with you the sweet treat I got to celebrate my birthday. Baker's Square's pie of the month in May is European Truffle Pie -- "Sinfully rich pie with a dark chocolate cookie crumb crust, layers of chocolate ganache, rich dark chocolate silk and chocolate crumbs followed by chocolate whipped cream and topped with curls of chocolate."

MMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm... This is the third year in a row that I've been able to enjoy this on my birthday. If this pie can only be available one month of the year, May is the best one!
