Formosa Neijia:

To answer question #3..This is what i've been taught. (its late in nyc so forgive me if I leave all the details out.

1. Standing (to develop strength, root and correct posture)
2.Form (to Develop body alignment and senstativy to ones body)
3. Single movements (Body alignment, structure and the ability to issue force)
4. Steping (body alignment, structure and the ability to close or expand distance while keeping structure in order to issue force)
5. Push hands ( teaches you to yield, close, open, distance)
6. Chin na (standing Grappling skills)
7. Sparring (to bring all this together)

I belive these are the basics you must have in order to truly understand CPL...Yes it helps with health but at the end of the day its supposed to be a martial art and not look at me Im dancing and waving my hands at the same time,
