Subject: TAI CHI FOR ARHTRITIS (AND GOLF)

I am thinking of taking tai chi class. I am a 52 year old male with some arthritis problems from sports injuries mostly when I played baseball, etc. I enjoy playing golf now and would like to know anyone's experiences with tai chi to help with their arthritis as well as their golf game.
