Subject: CPL taiji as middle frame

The CPL form is known as a middle frame form. As such, it isn't too low and wide, nor too high and compact.

Do some of you train the form in a large frame format to build up root and waist turning? What about doing the form higher and more compactly?

It seems to me that the middle frame format is great, but we don't necessarily have to stick to it in training.

What do you guys think?
