Subject: His was a rather pointless appearance...
In reply to: Freestyle 's message, "Heads up- Drew is scheduled to be on The Tonight Show today (7/28)" on 07/28/03 4:49pm

I thought for sure that Drew would discuss something... well, halfway interesting. It's been a good year for his career.

In view of the recent death of Bob Hope, Drew COULD have talked about his own USO efforts and his take on Hope's career, but he didn't. Or maybe he could have mentioned the Improv All-Stars, or his recent trip to the Just For Laughs Festival, either of which would have made a good topic! Or how about an update on the status of his show and WL? No! None of that! Grrr...

What's the point of being on the freakin' "TONIGHT SHOW" if you're not going to hold a conversation with Jay Leno that involves real topics?
