I suspected as much since the videos that are sumbitted for Emmy Consideration all say "For Your Consideration" on them. When I saw that I kinda figured that they were submitted by the production companies as opposed to be requested by the judges. The ads that appear in Trade Magazines also say "For Your Consideration". I guess I just figured from that that the same must hold true for actors/actresses.
