On Monday, June 14th, 1852 - it being County Court day - before the Court House door in the town of Shelbyville, between the hours of 11 o'clock a.m., and 3 p.m., as Master of Chancery of the Shelby Circuit Court, I will, in virtue of a decree of said Court, rendered at the March Term, 1852, offer at public sale, to the highest bidder, a tract of land, situate on Cane Run, Shelby county, and containing 29 1/2 acres - or so much thereof as will make the sume of $295 with interest from the 14th day of March 1843, and also the sum of $295 with interest from the 14th day of March 1844, until paid, and the costs of this suit.
